Our service team is available workdays from 8:00 to 17:00 (CET) in the event of faults during the warranty period. We also provide local contact people with relevant experience in thin-film systems for all time zones outside Europe. So you will experience fast response times and easy communication worldwide. Defined time limits for remote and, if necessary, on-site support by a service technician depend on the region. You will find these in your quote or purchase contract. In addition to this basic package, you can also arrange customized service packages and services with us to ensure the desired system availability both during and after the warranty period, such as repairs at short notice on a case-by-case basis or a year-round 24-hour emergency service.
