Naturally, our vacuum coating systems also include comprehensive service during (and after) the warranty period.

If there are any faults during the warranty period, you can reach our service team on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CET) as standard. For all time zones outside Europe, we also provide local contacts with relevant experience in the field of thin film systems. This ensures you enjoy fast response times and smooth communication worldwide. Defined deadlines for remote and, if necessary, on-site support by a service technician, depending on the region. You will find these in your offer or purchase contract. 

A greater scope of services with a customized service package

In addition to the basic package, we offer you the option of customizing individual service offers and services with us. This ensures that your system always remains available during and after the warranty period: through quick repairs when required or through our round-the-clock emergency service.
